CURB SIDE DELIVERY ONLY
Yousra Mustafa only provides curb side delivery and is not responsible for unpacking and placing your furniture piece in your home or office.  Yousra Mustafa is also not responsible for dispensing away with the debris of unpacking.

Should you require assistance in your furniture placement, please let Yousra Mustafa know at the time of placing your order, Yousra Mustafa can offer extra labour at an additional cost to the standard delivery charges mentioned for your product.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate address details for delivery. Yousra Mustafa shall not be responsible for any delays in the shipping of the ordered and purchased product, misplacement of the product or the incorrect delivery of the product if it is due to the fault of the customer or due to inaccurate or false information being provided by the customer.

DELIVERY DATES
Most orders placed on our website are fulfilled within 8-12 weeks unless otherwise posted on the respective product page. All furniture is inspected prior to shipping, staging and release. Shipping methods and providers are carefully curated to ensure you receive the best service and experience possible. “Ship-out” times posted on product pages represent accurate and reasonable estimates with consideration to these commodities, their size, weight and packaging design. The shipping process is contingent on providers’ availability and logistical resources, delays may occur and some services may not be available in all areas.

DAMAGED DELIVERY
In the event that you get a shipment with damages on the outside, make a note and a picture of it with the driver and let us know. If any item is damaged, customer services will provide assistance.

Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and elevators in their original packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the Product Information on our website. If an item does not fit through your doorways or your required space, Yousra Mustafa is not liable to accept and return or refunds

Once furniture is delivered, there is no return policy or exchange policy. If any delivered furniture has defects, Customer Service will assist in repairs or exchanges.

Please use only a damp towel to spot clean hard and woven surfaces.
Do not use any type of cleaner that contains harsh chemicals as this may damage the finish. Please be sure to use a coaster or trivet (if applicable) under hot or cold items to protect the finish of each product. If moisture touches a surface, wipe off immediately.

Please place all products away from extreme heat and direct sunlight.

Actual product colour may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colours, and every individual may see these colours differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image’s colour.

Yousra Mustafa cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

Products made in natural wood may have slight colour and grain variations in comparison to the images on the website as wood grains vary from tree to tree naturally
